Kauffman, Judiciary Committee to Hold Meeting with PA State Police on New Policy Regarding Foreign Nationals

WHAT: Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, will hold an informational meeting about a new policy under the Pennsylvania State Police regarding procedures for officers to follow during a traffic stop, arrest/detention or the death of foreign nationals.

WHO: Kauffman and members of the committee. Pennsylvania State Police officials will include Maj. James E. Degnan, acting deputy commissioner of operations, and Maj. Scott C. Price, acting deputy commissioner of administration and professional responsibility.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 20, 9:30-11 a.m.
