WAYNESBORO – Following an announcement by South Mountain Golf Course in Quincy Township that it will not reopen for the 2026 golf season after the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) didn’t renew its lease, Reps. HARRISBURG – This week, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives unanimously approved legislation authored by Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin) that would establish a new “DUI Following Diversion” offense for individuals who drive under the influence within 10 years of completing an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program for a DUI (driving under the influence) offense.
